- E-Learning Suite access
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for these services will be outlined in separate proposals or statements of work agreed upon prior to commencement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all training materials, course content, methodologies, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site or provided during training sessions (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the training materials for your internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Content without our express written permission.
4. User Representations
By using the Site or our services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; and (4) you will not use the Site or our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
5. E-Learning Platform Usage
Access to our E-Learning Library is provided on a per-user basis unless a site-wide agreement is in place. Sharing login credentials, downloading content for external distribution, or attempting to reverse-engineer the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies for live workshops, bespoke training, and retained services will be detailed in your specific contract. For digital products and online courses purchased directly through the site, please refer to the specific terms provided at the point of purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
